Book a table (OR walk in if we have space, we will always try to accommodate you where we can) and head in for your painting session. When you arrive we will show you the range available and explain the pricing. All of our items are individually priced with the prices marked on the bottom. We don't have a price list as our range changes so frequently but to give you a rough guide our current range we have kids figurines for £8-£12, mugs start at £12-£20 depending on size and design. Vases are £18- £34. Pin badges and fridge magnets from £4.50 and tiles from £6-£15. The price includes glaze and firing afterward, we do not charge a studio fee and if you have booked online the £10 table deposit comes off your bill on the day. Once you have selected hat you would like to paint, bring it to your table, get comfy and we will be over to talk you through the glazes and how to use them. Once you are all settled we will be back to take a drinks order. We offer a table service so if there is anything you need, drinks, paint top up, help etc just give us a shout and we will be over. Sessions are 90 minutes long and we will let you know when there is 30 minutes left so you are not rushing last minute. Once you have finished painting we will take payment, a contact name and number and will fire your pieces. We send a text message once your items are ready. • Are you wheelchair friendly?
This is a tricky one! We are based on the old high street in Falmouth which has skinny pavements and small steps. We have two small steps into the cafe from the pavement and one step within the shop to the toilet ( which is wheelchair friendly ?!?! Strange I know) If you are a wheelchair user please let me know before your appointment and I can send images to help you assess any difficulties. We are obviously here and more than happy to help make your visit to us as easy as possible.
  • Are you (disability, neurodiverse, LGBTQ+) friendly?
YES, we are a very friendly and accepting bunch here so if there’s anything you are weary of, anything that is putting you off visiting us and giving pottery painting a try just send an email, text or phone us to see if there is anything we can do that might make you more comfortable.
  • Can I put my pottery in the microwave/dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing all items Painted here are Star Glazers. Microwaves can cause hot spots in the pottery as it is an uneven heat and this may cause cracks. Dishwashers are not as gentle on pottery as hand washing and you have spent time and effort on your painted piece so treat it like the heirloom that it is!
  • How long do you keep items that have been painted?
Due to the limited storage space we have we can only guarantee to keep items that you have finished painting for up to 3 months. During this time we will make repeated attempts to contact you. If for some reason you haven’t received the text messages from us, know that your item will never take more than 10/14 days to be fired so give us a call to check if it is ready.
